These services are only offered to our client thru "The Center for Advisory Services" which is a totally seperate and different business entity owned and run by Peter L. Borowski, who is an Investment Advisor Representative.
In order to be able to offer these additional services to clients that want these additional benefits Mr. Borowski has successfully completed the following series 66 exam and has successfully completed as a pre-requisite the series 7 examination. In addition to successful completion of these exams Mr. Borowski is required to stay up to date with all continuing education requirements. Below is a discription of the Series 66 Exam:
Uniform Combined State Law Examination - (Series 66) (NASAA) Investment Advisor Representative –
The Series 66 is designed to qualify candidates as both securities agents and investment adviser representatives. The Series 7 is a pre-requisite exam that needs to be successfully completed in addition to the Series 66 exam before a candidate can register with a state. The Series 66 is for Series 7 licensed brokers who wish to also engage in fee based financial planning with investor clients. It allows an investment professional to register as a securities agent and investment advisor representative. The Series 66 exam is equivalent to successful completion of both the Series 63 and Series 65 exams.
